This is the meat of this letter. Paul challenges his friend and co-laborer in the gospel, Philemon, to examine a specific area of his life to see if it is in accord with a Kingdom Worldview. By extension, Paul asks us to examine our lives closely to determine if we are harboring "worldly" views that need to be altered.
